Games Dug Up Blamed for Road Snarls

The heavy downpour on Saturday led to massive water logging in the city, leading to traffic jams in most parts of the city. Areas like Khanpur, Aurbindo Road, Greater Kailash, Ashram etc had knee-deep water and vehicles could be seen floating in the rainwater.
