Fennell’s visit comes at a time when the Commonwealth Games are embroiled in controversies ranging from financial irregularities, unpreparedness and sub-standard quality of work in Games projects.The Jamaican, who arrived in India Tuesday night, went around the city checking out the facilities at the stadiums.
